Bookings and payment method
Enquiries and bookings are accepted through our web site, by post, by e-mail or in person at the Hotel Osma front desk. After booking, the customer confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, and that he fully accepts them. To consider the reservation valid, the customer has to pay a deposit 30% of the value of the entire accommodation. We will send a proforma invoice to your email, which you pay upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. The rest of the amount can be paid at check-in or the remaining amount can be paid up to 3 days before arrival. Reservations can be confirmed via e-mail. Guests are required to present a copy of their reservation upon arrival at the hotel.
Service costs and tourist tax
Service costs represent the amount per room or per person per day as highlighted on the price list. The price for the room includes the cost of breakfast and taxes. Additional services are not included in the main price and are paid additionally by the guest. Please note that the maximum number of people per accommodation unit is one or two people. Please contact the hotel directly for additional beds before reservation, as there is usually no space to accommodate an extra bed.
Reservation changes and cancellation
Should the customer wish to change or cancel a reservation, he must do so in writing. Please keep in mind that no fee will be charged when cancellation or modification of the reservation is made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Please note however, that after that time, in the case of cancellation between 6-3 days, the hotel will charge an advance payment (30% of the amount of the accommodation), in the case of cancellation between 2-1 days, the hotel will charge 50% of the amount of the accommodation, in the case of cancellation 0 day or case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total price of the accommodation.
Guest check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Safety and valuables
The hotel is not liable for any loss of luggage or personal belongings if they have not been in a locked room- balcony and room doors must be locked if you leave the room. The hotel does not bear any responsibility in the event of death, illness or injury of anyone in the hotel, outside the standard coverage of the insurance policy, if an adverse event has not been caused directly by the hotel or due to the negligence of its staff.
Obligations of the customer
Upon arrival, guests must present a valid identification document at the reception and shall abide by the house rules of the Hotel Osma. We reserve the right to terminate the contract and stop providing services if guests violate the provisions of the house rules and if their behaviour damages or disturbs other guests at the hotel.

The main obligation of the Hotel Osma is to ensure the quality of the service provided, in accordance with the rules and regulations. The Hotel Osma will endeavour to fulfil its obligations in full in order to ensure you have a very pleasant stay.
